Applications are invited to relief staff for our relief pool at Yeronga Hyde Road Kindergarten. Both Early
Childhood Teachers and Diploma Qualified educators are required.

Essential Qualifications

– ECT’s must have ACECQA approved qualification (Bachelor minimum)
– Educators must hold or be studying towards their Diploma
– Current First Aid Certificate
– Current Blue Card required or Exemption Card for teachers.

About our Kindergarten

We are a community kindergarten in the heart of Yeronga, with a long history of providing a high-
quality early years education program for the youngest members of our community. Our service is
managed by a Parent Committee, and we have a long-standing team of passionate and dedicated
staff. We run a play-based, child-led Kindergarten program that links to the National Quality
Framework as well as the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

About you

We would love you to be flexible and available for relief work at short notice. You will have all the
appropriate qualifications, a solid understanding of the NQF and QKLG and a positive attitude. You
will be available for the following shifts:
ECT – 8am to 3pm
Diploma (working towards) – 8am to 3pm shift, Kindy Club shifts (7am to 9am & 2.30pm to 5.30pm)
